The shooter in Denver today was a Pinkerton security guard - he was employed by 9news during coverage of the "patriot" and Denver communist/antifa rallies in civic center park. He was shouting "mace me bro, mace me" and then was maced by the patriot protestor. He then shot the protestor. The newsie he was escorting was arrested but released, while the security guard remains in custody. He faces 1st degree murder charges because use of deadly force was not warranted
