Dragonscale Armor didn't pass the tests requirements for military equipment they said, so Military Department chosen other type of armor other than that. Interesting enough, the head manufacturer of the chosen armor prefer Dragonscale Armor over his own product. I wonder what happened here, could they paid the military to choose manufactured stuff rather than cheap home made ones?
