My theory is that it’s the vaccines. Cardiac arrest is commonly known side effect now testified by the thousands. I think the lack of oxygen and being behind in thight spaces triggers some sort of reaction. Or maybe radiation frequencies. That’s a stretch but it’s considered to have this thought without accepting it… (edited)

A: On site maniac injecting concert goers B: Vaccine induced C: Frequency based "Full-spectrum Dominance" doctrine dictates all 3 would be used to achieve desired results, with plausible deniability baked into the whole cake at each level.
