I read a different article which said they allowed the employees to sign a religious exemption waiver and fired those who refused both vaccine and waiver. It seems strange they would allow those who sign a waiver to stay and also strange more of those who were fired would not sign the waiver to keep their job whether they firmly held religious objections or not.
